Therapies & Modalities

Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim)

Electrical stimulation uses mild electrical impulses to reduce pain, decrease muscle spasms, improve circulation, and promote muscle recovery. It's often used alongside other therapies to speed healing and improve comfort.

Firefly Light Therapy

Firefly Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted light energy to support the body's natural healing process. By promoting healthy circulation and cellular function, it can help reduce pain and inflammation, enhance tissue repair, and speed recovery from musculoskeletal injuries. It's commonly used alongside chiropractic care and rehabilitation.

Supporting treatments that speed your recovery.

Diathermy

Diathermy delivers deep therapeutic heat to muscles and joints using high-frequency energy. This treatment helps increase blood flow, reduce muscle tightness, relieve pain, and improve flexibility during rehabilitation.

Class IV Laser Therapy

Class IV Laser therapy uses painless light energy to stimulate cellular healing, decrease inflammation, and reduce pain. It's commonly used for arthritis, tendon injuries, muscle strains, and chronic pain conditions.

Adjustments and hands-on care do the structural work. These therapies support it, reducing pain and inflammation so tissue can heal and you can move comfortably enough to rehabilitate. Dr. Fredrick selects the modalities appropriate to your condition and stage of healing.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to deliver deep heat into injured tissues, promoting circulation and tissue repair. It can help reduce pain, inflammation, and stiffness associated with muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries.
