Any recent imaging or medical records related to your condition
What to expect
Your first visit includes a consultation, a thorough physical exam, and on-site digital X-rays if indicated. Dr. Fredrick will review the findings with you, explain what's causing your symptoms, and discuss a treatment plan before any care begins.
