Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation
Build the strength that keeps pain from coming back.
Therapeutic exercises are customized movement programs designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and joint stability. These exercises help relieve pain, prevent future injuries, and support long-term recovery.
Passive treatment relieves symptoms. Rehabilitation is what makes the relief hold. Every plan is built around your specific movement patterns and the demands of your work, sport, or daily life.
What rehabilitation addresses
Weakness and instability following injury
Faulty movement patterns that cause recurring pain
Postural problems from desk work or repetitive tasks
Loss of flexibility and range of motion
Balance and coordination deficits
Return to sport or physical work after injury
Trained in functional assessment
Dr. Fredrick has studied rehabilitation extensively, including spine rehabilitation through the University of Bridgeport and functional pathology of the locomotor system at Charles University of Prague, the institution behind much of the modern understanding of movement dysfunction. His training covers muscle energy techniques, correction of faulty movement patterns, kinesiology taping, and rehabilitation of runners and endurance athletes.
That background means we assess how you move, not only where it hurts.
