Spinal Decompression

Non-surgical relief for disc and nerve pain.

Spinal decompression is a non-surgical therapy that gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on discs and nerves. It can help reduce pain from herniated discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, and chronic low back or neck pain.

The treatment works by creating negative pressure within the disc, which may allow bulging or herniated material to retract and improve the flow of fluid and nutrients into the disc space. Sessions are comfortable, and most patients find them relaxing.

A protocol-driven approach

Dr. Fredrick has completed advanced continuing education in decompression therapy, including protocol selection, disc pathology, and the use of MRI in decompression planning. Not every patient with disc pain is a candidate, and the right protocol depends on your imaging and clinical findings.

That's why care begins with a comprehensive exam. If decompression is appropriate for you, we'll pair it with rehabilitation, nutrition guidance, and postural work to support lasting results.
