Spinal Adjustments & Manipulation

The foundation of your recovery.

Spinal adjustments are gentle, precise movements that restore proper joint motion, reduce pain, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural healing process. They’re commonly used to treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, and joint stiffness.

Dr. Fredrick has refined this work over more than three decades, with diplomate-level training in adjustive technique through National University of Health Sciences covering the cervical spine, thoracic spine and ribs, lumbar spine and pelvis, and the extremities. Technique is matched to your body and your condition, not applied from a template.

What to expect

Before your first adjustment, Dr. Fredrick performs a thorough physical and neurological exam, with on-site digital X-rays when indicated. He’ll explain what he finds, show you why you’re experiencing pain, and discuss the treatment plan with you before beginning care.

Most patients feel some relief early, though lasting correction takes a series of visits. We re-examine as you progress.
