Botox and other injectables are administered in-office by Dena Porter, RN, MSN, MBA — a master’s-prepared nurse with more than 30 years of clinical experience in trauma care, IV infusion, wound care, and medical aesthetics.

Every visit starts with a short consultation to review your health history and goals, followed by a quick in-office treatment — most appointments take well under an hour, with no downtime required.

Dena Porter, RN, MSN, MBA, brings more than three decades of nursing experience — including specialty training in aesthetic and regenerative treatments — and provides care as part of the Fredrick Chiropractic Plus team.
